I joined Hollywood Gatekeepers to become a certified story analyst. Not only did I graduate -- the course (or was it, Carolyn?) unleashed the storyteller inside me. I continued with Rewrite Now, which gave me the tools to finish my screenplay and the confidence to submit it.

A shift is happening in how the industry reviews scripts. Because of AI, more companies are eager to have a human connection. Where it used to be taboo for a reader to meet the writer, it is now encouraged. With that in mind, we have sessions in the membership where Carolyn will oversee Screenreaders as they give feedback on pages to the writers in the group so that members can learn how to give and receive feedback.

Every week in our live sessions, we cover a new topic and continue to walk through handouts, lessons, and experiences that will help your career as a writer. Carolyn will also review analytical lessons LIVE so that you can ask questions.
> Storymaster Spotlight Sessions
Personal coaching within the group. During these sessions, members who are ready get personal coaching to help them with their next steps once they have finished their script. In this way, you can see what people are doing and get feedback on your future plans!
> Filmmaking Behind-the-Scenes
Carolyn co-wrote a screenplay starring Oscar winner J.K. Simmons, and now she is producing and writing an animated feature along with the composer of all the HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL movies. Go behind-the-scenes to learn about how these projects are being pitched and produced.
> Get Coached As a Certified and Licensed Life Coach, Carolyn leads weekly sessions to help you with anything you are facing in your personal life. These sessions are separate from the weekly sessions that review the tactics of working in the film industry.

StoryMasters who have finished and been approved can use the StoryMaster Site. This is a place on our website that serves as a spotlight for our alumni so that you don't have to create your own website. If you decide to become a script consultant and/or start your own business, we will also help you promote your programs! We will show you how to promote yourself and your screenplays as a writer! Once you're on the site, you can choose to keep your information on the portal even if you decide to cancel your membership.

Carolyn makes public appearances with approved StoryMasters to discuss topics together, so you can participate and invite potential producers to see you in action! This is the perfect opportunity to talk about why you wrote your screenplay!
